With a dedicated team of nine firefighters, one law enforcement, and one flight paramedic. We deliver high-quality training services to ensure the safety and preparedness of your workforce.

Massai View Training & Consulting LLC was founded by a husband and wife team providing services and training to the agriculture and mining industries.
Additionally, we provide specialized training for employees and their families focusing on US laws and compliance.

Owner - Operations Manager
Joshua Steinberg
Joshua is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic with over 21 years experience.
Of those 21 years, he spent seven of those years as a Fire Chief.
He has been a hazardous materials technician for over 10 years. He is a current CPR/First Aid Instructor and can teach many OSHA related classes. He has enjoyed being involved and serving on local community and regional boards.

Jolene Steinberg
Jolene has a degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources and over twenty (20) years of professional experience in an administrative capacity.
She has facilitated company wide events, worked in finance and management within the Real Estate field, non-profit area, construction industry and retail.
"I am very excited to be working alongside my husband to bring training and information to Southern Arizona."

Matt King
Matt has been a Hazardous Materials Technician for 19 years and has been instructing since 2008. He has been in the fire service for 25 years and has worked in Washington, Arizona, and Antarctica.
Prior to becoming a firefighter he earned his Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University. When he's not working he enjoys traveling with his wife and son.

Andres Escojido
Andres has been in the fire service for 12 years. He works as a Lieutenant/Paramedic for Douglas fire where he has been working since 2016.
He has been a CPR instructor since 2017 and has experience teaching multiple firefighting, fire safety, and public safety classes.

Currently, she is an ACLS, PALS and CPR instructor through the American HeartAssociation.
